The candidates who Enrol. directly with the University have to remit the total fee by means of Demand Draft in favour of "The Director, DDE, Alagappa University", payable at Karaikudi.
Candidates who Enrol. through Learning Centres have to submit two Demand Drafts separately:
One in favour of "The Director, DDE, Alagappa University", payable at Karaikudi for the prescribed course fee; and other Demand Draft in favour of the Learning Centre concerned towards Service Charges, through whom the candidates seeks admission.
Students enrolling in Karaikudi Centre can avail the facility of cash counter available at the DDE campus for payment.
All fee (except the examination fee) should be paid in the form of Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of the The Director, DDE, Alagappa University payable at any one of the following banks at
The candidates should write their Name, Application number and Programme opted on the reverse of the demand draft.
The demand draft should reach the Directorate of Distance Education within 7 days from the date of its issue by the bank.
The students who have not paid the course fee before the due date, will not be permitted to write their examinations.
The Examination Fee should be paid by Online only through the University Website.
The fine amount for a delay of one year is Rs.500/- and more than one year is Rs.1000/-
Examination fee can be paid online only after clearing the corresponding course fee dues.
